Crazy over this aromatic cinnamon bun. I kept on baking, baking and baking. well yes, i did missed those Cinnabon stuffs, but i think the satisfaction of having a home-baked stuffs goes well with the taste. and it's wayyyyy cheaper! I can get 3 pans with one dough. So imagine.. kalau buat bisnes jual roti nih, untung takkkkk??? :)))
The recipe? I took it somewhere in the blogsphere because the recipe that I used in my class need to measure using volumetric measurement. I prefer using the cup-measurement. :)
This is one of the mesti-jadi-punya resepi, just mix all the ingredients.. but I found that I need to add extra flour, so i use up to 4 and half cup. The dough, yes, its sticky but it's Ok. No need to uli-uli. Just leave it to rest for about 1 hour, then you can start main-main with the doughs.. the rolling methods, it's also easy. Then cut the dough. Leave it again 15-30 minutes then bake it in the oven. Easy!
